Meet the Village Counseling Centre Counseling Staff

Our professional staff has extensive training and experience in helping individuals, couples, families, teens and children cope with and overcome a wide variety of problems. All of our professional staff are licensed by the state of Illinois. Members of the staff belong to organizations such as: American Psychological Association, National Association of Social Workers, American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, American Association of Christian Counselors, Christian Association of Psychological Services and National Association of Christian Social Workers.

Appointments cannot be scheduled through this page. New clients may either use the contact form found here, or call the main number noted above.

	Renee Fischer,M.S., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Renee provides services in our DeKalb and South Elgin offices. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.			Kim Rapach, M.S.W., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Kim provides services in our Rockford and South Elgin offices.
	Deborah Perry, M.S.W., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Deborah provides services in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.			Orenza Jaske , M.A., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Orenza provides services in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.
	Jim Thomson, M.A., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Jim provides services in our DeKalb, South Elgin, and Morris offices.			Albert R. Keating, PhD, is a staff counselor at the Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Al provides services in our South Elgin and DeKalb offices.
	Tom Heroldt, M.A., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a certified alcohol and other drug counselor. Tom provides services in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.			James Neal Keper, M.S., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Jim provides services in our Hanover Park office.
	Helena Madsen, M.A., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Helena provides services in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.			Tracey Sanders, M.A., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Tracey  provides services in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.
	Nathan C. D. Perron, M.A., is a staff counselor at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Nathan  provides services in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.

Meet the Village Counseling Centre Clinical Directors

Our Clinical Directors provide ongoing supervision and development of both the counseling staff and the administrative staff. In addition, they are responsible for the direction and growth of the Village Counseling Centre.

	Dr. Debbie McFadden, M.S., M.S.W., D. Min., is a Clinical Director at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Debbie provides clinical supervision to the counseling staff and sees clients in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.
	Dr. David Gursky, Ph.D., is a Clinical Director at Village Counseling Centre and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Gursky provides clinical supervision to the counseling staff and sees clients in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.
	Dr. David McFadden, M.A., M.S. D. Min., is a Clinical Director at Village Counseling Centre. David is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. David provides clinical supervision to the counseling staff and sees clients in our Hanover Park and South Elgin offices.
